Accessibility

This site is built toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA. That means readable contrast, text that resizes without breaking the page, headings and labels that describe what they mark, every control reachable and operable from a keyboard, and alternative text on the images that carry meaning.

We treat that as the standard to be measured against rather than a certificate. Parts of the site may fall short of it, and we would rather hear about those parts than assume they are fine.

Some of what appears here comes from outside this site — property listings and photographs from the MLS, reviews from Google and Zillow, and maps. We do not control how that material was written or captioned, and an image that arrived without a description will not have one here.

Documents attached to a listing, such as a floor plan or a disclosure, may be scanned rather than typed, which makes them unreadable to a screen reader. Ask us and we will read one to you or send the same information in a form you can use.

We answer accessibility reports within five business days. If a fix will take longer than that, we will say so and give you the information you were after in another way in the meantime — over the phone, by email, or in person.
