Do not sell or share my information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising. The information you send us — through the contact form, a home-value request, or a review — is used to answer you and to provide the real-estate services you asked about.

We share it only with the providers that help us do that, such as our email, hosting and customer-relationship providers, and only as far as they need it to do their part.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to know what personal information we hold about you, to get a copy of it, to correct it, to have it deleted, and to opt out of its sale or sharing. You may also ask us to limit how we use sensitive information.

We will not treat you differently for exercising any of these rights. You will get the same service, and the same answers, either way.

We answer within 45 days. If a request needs longer, we will tell you why and when to expect an answer. We may need to confirm who you are before we act, and we will only ask for what is needed to do that. Someone authorised may make a request for you, and we may ask you to confirm that they speak for you.

If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as an opt-out request for that browser. Because nothing on this site is sold or shared for advertising, there is nothing the signal has to switch off.
